1. Service

PredictEdge ("we", "us") is an analytics platform owned and operated by Acid Drip Software. We provide statistical sports predictions, odds comparison, and related information. We do not accept, place, process, or transmit any wagers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access this site, and at least 21 in jurisdictions where 21 is the legal age for sports wagering. You are responsible for ensuring sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction before acting on any information surfaced by PredictEdge.

3. No guarantees

Predictions are statistical projections, not guarantees. Past performance of any prediction model does not predict future performance. Sports wagering carries significant financial risk; you may lose all amounts wagered. PredictEdge is not liable for any losses incurred from acting on information presented on this site or in the mobile app.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are managed via your device settings. Refunds are governed by the platform's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit predictions without written permission. Automated access at volumes exceeding normal consumer use may result in API rate-limiting or account termination.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
